With more than 30 years of leasing and asset management experience, Philip has held a number of strategic positions; he was a Partner with global real estate consultants, Cushman & Wakefield. Before joining TGM he worked for Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate (AFGRE) during this time, he was primarily responsible for directing a strategic approach to the commercial and retail leasing for three Festival Centre projects in Dubai, Cairo and Doha Festival City, totalling 7.5 million sq. ft. gross leasable area (GLA). He joined Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate (AFGRE) in early 2008 as Director of Retail Leasing and later was promoted as Director for all Commercial & Retail activities, encompassing mall operation, leasing and marketing.
His experience spans a variety of markets including UAE, Egypt, Qatar, Syria, Jordan, Turkey, Cyprus, Russia, many European markets, the Caucasian region and latterly China. He has also been a main board member of the British Council of Shopping Center (BCSC) and Vice Chairman of the Hellenic Committee of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

With more than 15 years of sales and retail leasing experience, Jihad has worked with some major brands across the MENA region. Before joining TGM, Jihad worked for M.H Alshaya where he covered all aspects of their retail properties in the Southern Gulf region which included brand expansion planning, budgeting, site leasing & acquisition, store design input and asset management. His focus was to build long term relationships with the brands and developers alike. Prior to this role, he worked for Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate (AFGRE) for over 6 years as Senior Retail Leasing Manager where he was responsible for the leasing of 5,000,000 Sq. Ft of GLA retail space across the Festival City brands in Dubai, Cairo and Doha. In this role he developed the merchandising mix for the retail centres, categorisation and positioning.
His experience spans a variety of markets including UAE, Egypt, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Lebanon. He has also been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC) and the Middle East Council of Shopping Centres (MECSC) since 2007. Jihad holds a Master of Business Administration and is fluent in Arabic, English and French.

Katharine Pender graduated from Aberdeen University with a Master’s degree, and has been working in commercial property management for over 20 years.
She has gained her experience through employment and consultancy appointments with numerous British and international property agencies and companies, as well as establishing in partnership, her own PM business and subsequently, consultancy practice in Scotland.
Moving to Hungary nearly 8 years ago, she was a PM consultant and then headed the PM and Southern European PM team for King Sturge before the merger with Jones Lang LaSalle in 2011 where she continued as PM head for Hungary and Croatia.
At TGM she oversees all assets within the TGM portfolio, working with each asset, their client representatives and various on-site and HQ based team members to deliver enhanced client service delivery and improving efficiency.

Ferenc Pál is responsible for ensuring the planning, approval and execution of OPEX and CAPEX plans/budgets while providing technical and commercial support. His tasks also include winning new FM business instructions in line with the corporate new business strategy. Ferenc graduated from the Technical University of Budapest as MSc and he holds an MBA in General Management.
In the past 10 years, Ferenc has gained various experience at the TriGranit Group starting as the head of electric department of a general contractor, and step by step becoming responsible for the management of the Installation Business Line of Arcadom Zrt. in Central and Eastern Europe.
Before joining TGM he worked in the development and construction business lines of the Group.

Ioana Ion joined TGM in 2012 as Head of Commercialisation and is responsible for introducing best practice and cross border opportunities, targeting everything from traditional mall trading and ambient media packages to innovative means of commercialisation.
She has earlier gained her experience at APN Property Group, Coldwell Banker Affiliates of Romania – retail and shopping centers division and New Europe Property Investment in property management, commercialisation, leasing, customer service and support.
From November 2013 she was promoted to Country Head of Romania in addition to her Commercialisation role.

Ernő Koncz has been TGM’s Corporate Communications Director since 2006. 
His responsibilities include planning corporate marketing, PR and communication strategies, budgets, and project communication in 11 countries. Before joining TGM, as a part of Demjan Group, Mr. Koncz was Marketing and Communication Director at the Palace of Arts in Budapest for two years and with the Hungarian Football League for four years. 
Prior to that, he worked for the communications agencies Young & Rubicam and D’Arcy, as Managing Director and then General Manager. During that time, he developed communication strategies for companies such as Philips and Hewlett Packard, and brands owned by Procter & Gamble, Mars and Coca-Cola. He also handled the communications for the TriGranit developments; Polus Center and WestEnd City Center in Budapest, Polus Center in Bratislava, Silezia City Center in Katowice,  Polus Cluj and Polus Constanca in Romania, Bonarka City Center in Krakow, Arena Centar in Zagreb and Poznan City Center in Poznan.
